COVID-19 Rules & Guidelines

We have put in place new guidelines in order to keep you and our staff safe during these times:

• Masks are optional
  
• Please do not come to the gym if you feel sick
• You must use hand sanitizer upon entry
• You must keep social distance from other members at all times
  
• You must wipe down all machines thoroughly after use. This includes seats, pads, handles, dumbbells, plates and bars
• Do not congregate in any area
• If coming for class arrive no more than 10 mins early
  
• Group Fitness class size is limited to 10 people per class (sign ups will be provided if needed)
• Spinning class size is limited to 5 per class (sign ups provided)
  
• We will not provide mats or towels so please bring your own
• You must wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before exit the building
• If you are not following these guidelines you may be asked to leave
• No un-approved guests allowed
